Demolition of the existing Building located at 168-170 Valley Boulevard, Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, (Block 274, Lots 16.01 & 16.02, (hereinafter “Project”) The Subject Property, Which Contains a One-story, Masonry-type Building That Formerly Housed a Retail Convenience Store, is Located Along the East Side of Valley Boulevard Near the Corner of Wood-ridge Avenue. the Building is Surrounded by Vacant Land Owned by the Borough. the Nearest Adjacent Private Property is a One-story Office Building That Houses Law and Real Estate Offices on the Corner of Valley Boulevard and North Avenue. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid for Non-responsiveness or Non-compliance With the Scope and/or Requirements of This RFP and Consider Remaining Bids for Award of Contract. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids for Any Reason Permitted by Law. Any and all questions shall be addressed to Christopher W. Eilert, Borough Administrator, at ceilert@woodridgenj.gov or via phone call to the Borough Clerk’s Office at 201-939-0202 extension #2 and ask for Chris Eilert.
