Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the lobby, office, dressing room, and existing washroom areas within the Gas Station Arts Centre, together with all associated architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. To accommodate the continued operation of the facility during construction, the Work will be completed in two phases, with Phase 1 occurring in 2026 and Phase 2 occurring in 2027.
