Painting services for transmission structures associated with the COTP River Crossing Tower project, including surface preparation, coating application, and all related construction activities necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications provided in Attachment 1 and associated contract documents. Work will be performed under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract using simplified acquisition procedures under RFO FAR Part 12 for commercial services (construction). The contractor will be responsible for complying with all referenced provisions and clauses, coordinating site access including attendance at the scheduled site visit, and submitting a quotation that meets the requirements outlined in Sections L and M. Subcontracting plans, if applicable, must be prepared and approved prior to award, and all work must align with the defined project magnitude and technical requirements. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit shall be submitted via e-mail to Jolene Daoud at Daoud@wapa.gov , 7/1/2026 by 1600 PDT. In no event shall oral or telephone discussions be construed as changes to the solicitation or place conditions on the solicitation. Only written amendment(s) to the solicitation issued by the Contracting Officer shall constitute a change to the solicitation or specifications. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
