Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The Work to be performed provides for improvement of the HVAC system at the Issaquah Community Center by removing existing gas furnaces and boiler and replacing with electric high-efficiency heat pump systems with dedicated outside air systems. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or infor-malities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of all schedules Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) davs
