The Port of Seattle (Port) is seeking proposals for PC Air Modular Bridge Mounted Hose Trolley System . The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to select one (1) manufacturer whose product delivers the best overall value to the Port, non-price factors considered. Proposers who wish to attend this meeting must pre- register and notify the Port Purchasing Representative, Sherry Weiss, Weiss.s@portseattle.org, provide your firm name and name of attendee, no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026, by 10:00 A.M. The vendor shall provide modular PCA hose trolley systems that will be the in between connection from the existing Telescoping Air Duct (TAD) to the Aircraft PCA connection. This includes the mounting connection to loading bridge bogie wheel (in place of existing baskets), hose supports, casters, solid-tube hose for air conveyance with spiral-hose connection assemblies, mounting hardware, documentation, and warranty support. The trolley and hose system must be together as one assembly. Systems must be mounted to the loading bridge bogie wheel in a configuration acceptable to the passenger loading bridge manufacturer (JBT)
