Demolition and renovation of an office development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,999-square-foot office development.
Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall request such clarification from the Architect at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening date. This project encompasses the renovation of the entire second floor, selective portions of the basement and first floor, and demolition. The renovation area spans approximately 12,700 SF on the second floor, 1,200 SF on the lower level, and less than 100 SF on the first floor. Key aspects of the project include new office construction, casework, upgraded finishes, enhanced lighting, updated power systems, and revised mechanical systems and distribution to support the new design. The department plans to remain occupied in portions of the building not within the project scope area during construction activities. Bid documents may be obtained from specified technical supply companies via digital download for a fee or in print for a refundable deposit.
