Installation of fencing at the Leichner Landfill site. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS 1. Within these project specifications, County shall refer to the Clark County Public Works Department. 2. Permitting is not required for this project. 3. Removal of shrubs, bushes, and brush that may impede the fence installation process shall be completed by the County. 4. Contactor shall repair any rutting caused by accessing the Leichner Landfill property and project sites. Project Questions shall be directed in writing to Clark County Landfill Project Manager, Tina Kendall , with the Public Works Department at Tina.Kendall@clark.wa.gov
