Project includes installation of a new chilled water pump station, piping, air-cooled chiller, cooling coils, control valves, VRF systems, thermowells, pressure sensor connections, and required electrical upgrades. Work also includes associated piping and wiring, coordination with the controls contractor, startup, testing, adjusting and balancing, and training for District Facilities Operations & Maintenance staff. Installation of new chilled water pump station & chilled water piping; 2. Installation of new air-cooled packaged chiller; 3. Installation of new cooling coils and condensate pans and drains in existing air handling units; 4. Installation of new cooling coil pressure independent flow control valves; 5. Installation of new cooling / heating system changeover valves; 6. Installation of new VRF systems in three existing classroom pods; 7. Installation of new pipeline thermowells and pressure sensor connections for control devices provided by separate controls contractor; 8. Installation of new electrical service to chiller, and modifications of existing electrical systems to serve chilled water pump station and VRF systems; 9. Installation of new piping and electrical conduit and wiring to new equipment as required, and all related accessories; 10. Coordination of all work with separately contracted Controls Contractor; 11. Startup, testing, adjusting & balancing; 12. Training of District Facilities O&M Staff
