Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Replacement of two boilers, including all service connections for gas, air, flue, heating water, and electrical, plus installation of a condensate neutralizer. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation , specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written . The project consists of the replacement of (2) KN -10 Boilers, at the Agency owned, Parkview Terrace apartments, in Eugene, Oregon. Build as described in this section and the Specifications. The work will include, but not limited to the following: Remove (2) existing KN-10 boilers. Dispose of properly. Provide and install (2) KN-10 boilers. Includes all service connections, including gas, air, flue, heating water, and electrical . Safety relief valve to be piped to floor, matching existing. Provide and install one new condensate neutralizer. Reuse condensate pumps, 3 heating water supply & return boiler insulation valves, 3motorized butterfly valves, and natural gas regulator. Piping insulation to match existing. Boiler anchorage calculations and special inspections, as required by the City of Eugene. Procurement required permits. Do NOT include permits in bid . They will be reimbursed by Agency
