Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Grassy Butte, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 4,800-square-foot industrial development.
The McKenzie County Commission requests proposals to perform architectural services for the Grassy Butte Shop. The current shop and property do not meet the County’s needs. The County seeks to construct a 60 ft x 80 ft shop with three bays, a small break area, a restroom, and sufficient property to store materials and additional equipment on-site. The Consultant's work includes assisting with site selection for the new shop, preparing cost estimates, completing all required permitting, designing the site and building, preparing final construction documents, overseeing bidding, contract administration, and construction inspection. Regular bi-weekly check-in meetings, meeting minutes, schedule updates, and decision documents are required. The Consultant should also provide a schedule and a brief narrative explaining how the project will stay on schedule and identify critical path items. Proposals must be submitted in one electronic version by the specified deadline to the McKenzie County Auditor/Treasurer.
