Site work for a religious / funeral development in Sunapee, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

The project involves erosion control measures, slope stabilization, loam placement, native meadow seeding, native steep slope seeding, hydromulching, and associated site restoration work at the Eastman Cemetery located at 490 North Road, Sunapee, NH. All work must be completed according to the requirements outlined and as shown on Exhibit L1.0 prepared by Ironwood Design Group. Qualified contractors are invited to submit bids for this site restoration project. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The project generally consists of erosion control measures, slope stabilization, loam placement, native meadow seeding, native steep slope seeding, hydromulching, and associated site restoration work as shown on Exhibit L1.0 prepared by Ironwood Design Group. Answers shall be posted by July 7, 2026 at 2:00 pm The Town of Sunapee seeks a qualified contractor to complete erosion control measures, slope stabilization, loam placement, native meadow seeding, native steep slope seeding, hydromulching, and associated site restoration work along the northern edge of the Eastman Cemetery. The scope of work associated with this Invitation to Bid includes all aspects of the work described in Exhibit L1.0. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, trucking, watering, maintenance, and incidentals required to complete the work and establish the specified seeded areas. The work includes erosion control measures and stabilization of disturbed soils. The project is adjacent to a wetland boundary and a hydraulically sensitive area. Therefore, significant emphasis is placed on the prevention of erosion and sediment transport prior to final stabilization
