Bids are requested to supply three 115 KV capacitive voltage transformers to the City of Seward’s Electric Department. Bids are requested from qualified parties for the work described, including the Technical Specifications and Special Provisions. Bids shall include Lump Sum (Firm Fixed) pricing. Qualified bidders should be knowledgeable and experienced in the type of work to be performed and should comply with all requirements and applicable codes and laws. Bidders shall rely on their own experience and be knowledgeable about all aspects of the work specified. If a bidder objects to any aspect of the Invitation to Bid, written notice must be provided within ten calendar days, specifying the grounds for objection. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of such objection.
