Renovation of a mixed-use development in Seward, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide all labor and materials to demo and replace an existing gym floor at Seward High School. Bidders may submit a complete set of the bid package electronically or in hard copy, with hard copy bids enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name and the project information. Bidders are encouraged to be small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms. This contract is subject to the State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates, and may require certificates of insurance as well as performance and payment bonds.
