The Alaska Railroad Corporation is soliciting bids from interested parties to perform passenger coach janitorial services in Seward, AK. The services are to begin in the summer of 2023 and may continue for four additional one-year periods at the option of the ARRC. Bidders must submit their bids on the provided forms, and bids must be complete and in U.S. dollars. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the specified bid number clearly printed on the envelope. Bids received via facsimile will be considered non-responsive. ARRC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, negotiate changes, accept any bid or part thereof, and waive minor informalities or defects. Bidders are responsible for understanding all requirements and should seek clarification from ARRC if needed. Any resulting contract will include the Standard Instructions and General Terms and Conditions.
