Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 14,300-square-foot transportation facility; and 43,175-square-foot transportation facility.
Work consists of constructing a new 14,300 sq ft bus storage addition, as well as the remodeling and systems upgrade to the existing 43,175 sq ft facility. The related site work will provide additional parking, updated stormwater, and necessary landscaping improvements. Bidder must comply with the City of Appleton’s Responsible Bidder Policy. The Bidder must participate in a Class A Registered Apprenticeship Program to be eligible to submit a bid. Bidder will be required to have Performance Bond Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. Cost of Bond shall be included in Bid.
