Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Chelan, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction and modification of a public sewer lift station, including demolition of the existing CMU building and removal of all existing triplex lift station components. Work includes replacement of the gravity sewer, installation of a new precast valve vault, rehabilitation of the existing wet well, and installation of new duplex lift station equipment with associated electrical and control system upgrades. Additional improvements include installation of a new backup generator, construction of a new force main, water main installation, and storm drainage enhancements. Site work will include landscaping and general site improvements such as retaining walls, asphalt and concrete surfacing, stairs and handrails, fencing, irrigation, plantings, and other items necessary to complete the Work included in the Project. Engineers Estimate: $3,574,733 Notice to Proceed (NTP) September 8, 2026 Phase 1 Paving Completion October 30, 2026 Substantial Completion April 30th, 2027 Final Completion May 28th, 2027 Question Deadline 07/10/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
