Renovation of a medical facility in Chelan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
SCOPE OF WORK The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: o The project is an exterior remodel of the Lake Chelan Health Downtown Clinic located at 219 E Johnson Ave, Chelan, WA 98816. o The project includes exterior surface preparation and painting of the entire exterior of the building. o The project includes replacement of soffits and perimeter parapet cap flashing. o There's a column at the entrance which will be framed out and clad with siding to create an accent column. o The existing planter box wall will be filled with concrete, and clad with siding for accent. Electrical scope is included for replacement of the soffit lighting, and for electrical supply to building signage. And other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The work of this contract will be awarded as a single contract.
