Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a medical facility in Chelan, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; for the remodel of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Room 1164: Loading Dock Work includes selective demolition to remove and demo doors and frames from 2 sets of double doors in the Loading Dock Area. Selective demolition of metal stud framing around existing doors being removed. Demolition of the existing "EXIT" sign above the Loading Dock East door. Reinstall of the same "EXIT" light fixture with a new "EXIT" illuminator with directional arrow affixed. New wall protection at both doors as indicated in plans. Salvaged Mag-lock reinstallation as noted in plans. Drywall patch and paint at both door locations. And other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Selective demolition and reinstallation of double doors in room 1164. Renovation of room 1212 from a conference room to clinical space for echo and stress testing. Includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, specialties, and miscellaneous interior modifications.
