Reference Number 0000427670 Preconstruction and Construction Services to include the procurement, permitting, construction, testing and start-up of Phase 1 of Compass & Morgan Hill Neighborhood Parks including, but not limited to; grading, drainage, sitework, site utilities, concrete, paving, infrastructure, lighting, parking, trails, playgrounds, accessory structures, landscaping, irrigation, turf fields, signage and any and all other work necessary for construction of sitework associated with the improvements. Compass Neighborhood Park is a 10-acre park parcel located at the NW corner of County Line Road and Compass Parkway. Morgan Hill Neighborhood Park is a 14-acre park parcel located at 100 Montclair Avenue in the Morgan Hill Subdivision. Both park parcels are owned by the Town of Erie. Concept designs for the parks were approved by Town Council in 2023 and are at differing stages of design development Scope of Work The following is a summary of work for which Contractor will be responsible: o Phase 1 - Pre-Construction Services for Initial Improvements of Compass Neighborhood Park o Collaborate with the Owner and Design Team through meetings and conversations to optimize value in the phasing and design by making suggestions for phasing efficiencies, budgetary considerations, and by suggesting modifications or alternate approaches for construction. o Prepare and submit initial GMP's and Phase 1 recommendations based on 90% and 100% designs. o Prepare and submit a baseline schedule at 90% design. o Prepare and submit a final GMP and schedule based on the 100% design documents. o Phase 2 - Construction Services for Initial Improvements of Compass Neighborhood Park o Management of the Project, including permitting, procurement, construction, testing, closeout, and warranty period; o Management of the Project, sch. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % All questions related to this bid should be submitted through the RMEPS website by 12:00 pm, on June, 26
