Marcos Rios Playground Improvements - The successful Contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment required to perform the project thoroughly. The Contractor is to order and install equipment immediately upon approval with substantial completion prior to winter This contract may include site prep, furnishing and installing playground equipment, pour-inplace rubberized surfacing, and fencing. The Town reserves the right to award multiple winning bidders based on their individual line item pricing. The following is a summary of the work expected to be ordered under this contract: 1) Furnish Playground Equipment (Playworld's "Challengers Penn's Woods playset "or Equal"); a. Include Option to deduct up to 2 "events" 2) Rubber Surfacing 3) Installation of the playground 4) 4' Chain Link Fencing The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Parts of Bids; to Waive Any Defects, Information, and Minor Irregularities; to Award Multiple Awards for Lowest Bids on LINE Items; to Accept Exceptions to These Specifications; and to Award Contracts or to Cancel This Invitation to Bid if It is in the Town's Best Interest to Do So. 5.
