Property located at 12 Depot Street in Friendship, NY. 1. Remove and lawfully dispose of all asbestos-containing materials identified within Appendix D. 2. Furnish all labor, supervision, engineering controls, personal protective equipment, transportation, containers, disposal fees, waste manifests and incidentals necessary to complete the work. 3. Coordinate all asbestos activities with the ACLBC retained Third-Party Asbestos Project Monitor. 1. Complete demolition of the structure. 2. Removal of all foundations, foundation walls, footings, slabs, piers and structural elements to a minimum depth of twenty-four (24) inches below final grade. 3. Removal and lawful disposal of all demolition debris. 4. Removal of all miscellaneous site debris generated by demolition activities. 5. Removal of all building materials and appurtenances associated with the structure. 6. Protection of adjacent structures and properties. 7. Dust suppression throughout demolition operations. 8. Maintenance of site security and public safety. 9. Coordination of utility disconnects as required.
