House Demolition Project The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the following: A. Pre-Demolition Requirements • Coordination with the LTBB Planning Department • Obtain all required permits and approvals • Conduct asbestos inspection by a licensed inspector • Submit asbestos survey report prior to demolition • Perform asbestos abatement and removal, if applicable, in accordance with all regulatory requirements • Provide waste disposal manifests for hazardous materials B. Utility Disconnection Coordinate and verify disconnection of all utilities including: • Electric • Gas • Water • Sewer • Telecommunications C. Structure Demolition Complete demolition of the entire structure, including: • Foundation • Attached structures (garages, decks, porches, etc.) • Proper handling and disposal of all debris • Dust control and site safety measures throughout demolition D.
