This project was awarded to A. FOLINO CONSTRUCTION, INC. in the amount of $34,952.73 Work items include: rotomilling up to 3½” depth (11,980 SY), soft area repair (800 SY), replacing catch basins (2 EA), replacing catch basin frames and grates (7 EA), replacing concrete sidewalk (50 SF), replacing roof drain pipe (30 LF), manhole and lamp hole adjustment risers (10 EA), installation of 4” binder (140 TN), 2” binder (1,350 TN), 1½” wearing course (980 TN), restoration (1,260 SY), and other specified work. All quantities are approximate. Option 1 includes similar work on smaller quantities. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the specific project. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid value is required. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, adjust work item quantities up to 25%, and reject any or all bids. Proposals must be on provided forms. Federal requirements including Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. Labor compliance is mandatory.
