The scope of work generally includes the improvement to the existing baseball field and related site improvements at the Henderson Taylor Community Park located behind the Borough of Clark Municipal Building. Instructions to bidders: Contract Documents and Technical Specifications are available at the Borough of Clark Municipal Building and electronically via the provided email. Electronic copies are free; paper copies are available for a $50 fee. Addenda will be issued only to those who have obtained the Contract Documents. A bid guarantee of ten percent of the total bid cost is required with submissions. PA Prevailing Wages apply to the contract, and the contract documents address prevailing wage rates, labor standards, non-discrimination in hiring, and goals for minority and female participation. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms and may be held by the owner for up to ninety days for review and evaluation before awarding the contract. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bidding process. Questions by prospective bidders concerning this Project should be directed to Mr. Chris Winslow at (724) 866-7602, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No questions will be taken during any other time.
