Renovation of a municipal facility in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project's scope of work shall generally include the installation of a metal roof at the Borough of Clark Municipal Building. A bid guarantee in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid cost is required to accompany all bid proposal submissions. Questions by prospective bidders concerning this Project should be directed to Mr. Chris Winslow at (724) 866-7602, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No questions will be taken during any other time. PA Prevailing Wages will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, non-discrimination clause in hiring practices, and goals for minority and female participation. Bids shall be submitted on forms prescribed and bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed ninety days (90) from the date of bid opening for the purposes of reviewing the bids, bid guarantees, and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process.
