Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint designated exterior building elements in accordance with the Statement of Work, manufacturer specifications, and applicable VA standards. Work includes cleaning, repairing, and preparing surfaces by removing dirt, loose paint, and defects; patching and spot priming as needed; and applying coatings that match existing colors. The contractor must protect surrounding areas, maintain daily site cleanup, coordinate all activities with the COR and Facility Engineering, and repair any damage caused during performance. All work must comply with VA and OSHA requirements, including the use of low-VOC coatings, adherence to safety practices, participation in inspections, and correction of any deficiencies at no additional cost to the government. Location: Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
