Establish Master Agreements with engineering firms to perform professional geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection services, and laboratory testing and analysis. Services will be executed on an as-needed, task-order basis for a wide range of municipal projects. This contract will be administered by the Public Works Engineering Department and will be available for utilization by all City departments. Proposals must be prepared per the specifications detailed within the solicitation documents. Electronic proposals submitted through JAGGAER will be accepted. Proposals must be signed and submitted in the required format, with one electronic copy if using E-Bidding. Proposers should confirm the successful upload of their document. Proposals without written signatures will not be accepted. All E-Bids must be submitted before the scheduled opening. The Proposal receipt document is required as proof of timely submission. If a bid schedule is present, it should be completely filled in and included. Where proposal formats are requested, the proposer is to comply with all specifications. Additional sheets may be included if more room is needed for technical information, answers, or explanations.
