Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 59,474-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Removal and disposal of the existing mechanically fastened roofing system, insulation and vapor barrier. Installation of approximately 59,474 SF of new roofing system including self-adhering vapor barrier, polyiso insulation, cover board, 80 mil TPO membrane, heat trace, and roof drain replacement. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum.
