The Bidder Inquiry Key is: X6DS3M-JUK9I2 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to replace the barrier gates at the entry and exit of the Axtel Campground, including the supply of equipment and materials, design, installation, and final inspection to ensure the completed system meets the provided specifications. All equipment must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and the final product must be fully operational and compliant with the required standards. The contractor shall furnish and install all equipment and materials listed below to replace barrier gates at the entry and exit to Axtel Campground and remove current gate components that will not be reused. The entry gate should be operated by keypad for entry as well as in the ability to operate from within the toll house. The exit gate will be a free exit controlled by inductive loop sensor as well as operated from within the toll house. These gates must retain safety features to prevent them from closing on objects in their path. This is currently achieved with inductive loops for the open and close side of each existing gate. The inductive loops are still in place and may be reused if possible and operational. When in the closed position the gates should be at a minimum of 30" to a maximum of 44" from the surface of the asphalt. Gates must have the ability to be controlled from inside the existing toll house and be able to be locked in the open position. There is currently 120v power supply, inductive loops on the open and close side of each gate and conduit in place that MAY be reusable.
