Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement at various locations throughout the City of Medina at the locations provided on the project plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, or a bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total amount bid, made payable to the City of Medina, Ohio as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the City within thirty (30) days and its performance secured by a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, and in default thereof, said check or bond will be forfeited to the City of Medina as liquidated damages. Completion date shall not be later than: November 30, 2026. The City of Medina reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
