Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The purpose of this project is to replace failing Household Sewage Treatment Systems (HSTS) and to install new sanitary sewer connections using funds granted to the Medina County Commissioners through the Ohio Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) Program. It is the purpose of this contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace existing household sewage treatment systems (HSTS) in accordance with the Medina County Health Department (MCHD) specifications. Also, it is the purpose of this contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install new residential sanitary sewer connections in accordance with the Medina County Sanitary Engineer specifications. Contractors bidding on this project should be thoroughly familiar with the specifications and practices of both the Medina County Health Department and the Medina County Sanitary Engineer. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
