Site work, paving and new construction of a road / highway in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for which bids are requested consists of approximately 2,350 lineal feet of new street construction, consisting of: Salvaging topsoil, erosion control, common excavation, water main and services, sanitary sewer and services, storm sewer, storm pond construction, grading, preparation of sub-base, crushed aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway approaches, bituminous concrete pavement and restoration of disturbed areas. All improvements to be constructed shall be completed by October 31, 2026. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
