Alternate repairs include replacing the pit vault hatch, replacing rail-type fall prevention devices on the leg ladder, replacing the fall prevention devices with cable-type devices on the exterior ladders, installing a vandal guard, swing gate at the roof platform opening, wet interior ladder from the roof to the bowl, and grounding rods for the structure.
