The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of Lift Station 201, Lift Station 203, and Lift Station 208 together with appurtenant construction in the Village of Salem Lakes. All work related to the project, including construction and required materials, must comply with the Clean Water State Revolving Fund requirements which mandate that all iron and steel products used are produced in the United States. Contractors must comply with the American Iron and Steel Act and pay not less than the prevailing wage rates as established by the United States Department of Labor and the State of Wisconsin, Department of Workforce Development. Contractors are encouraged to utilize small, woman owned, and minority owned businesses. The contract is subject to compliance standards for Equal Employment Opportunity under EPA Contracts and EPA Assisted Construction Contracts.
