Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dornsife, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Pave Contract: Furnish and place approximately 102 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 306 Ton Asphalt Base Course; 114 Ton 2A Subbase and perform 45 CY Excavation. Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately 7,445 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application; 7,445 SY Asphalt Fog Seal and 500 Gal Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
