Contract: Material Contract The Township will be accepting bids for the following materials: Approximately 325 Ton Anti-Skid, AS2; 1,500 Ton 2A Subbase; 500 Ton #3 Coarse Aggregate and 10 Ton #8 Course Aggregate. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 50% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
