Project No: P1134-10 involves the demolition of dwellings at the following addresses: 228, 834, 910 & 928 Huff Avenue; 218 Angle Avenue; 62 South Park Street; 67, 321, 702 & 705 Boesel Avenue; 12 Griggs Place; 934 Lincoln Avenue; 215 Brooks Boulevard; 829 South Main Street, Manville, Somerset County, NJ. The project shall be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidders must be classified with DPMC in Demolition (C021) or list subcontractors for this trade. Only bids from contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bid Express service. Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security per the Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and contract-specific requirements including minority and female skilled craft percentage goals. The project is funded in whole or in part by Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. No paper bids will be accepted.
