Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Parkside Houses, located in the Bronx (BX01). The contract term is for a period of three years from the award date, with an option for up to two one-year renewal periods at NYCHA's sole discretion. Bidders must prequalify as an approved supplier on the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List and be registered with the New York State Department of Labor according to Labor Law 220-i. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply no later than the bid submission deadline. Bidders are advised to review all related documents, special notices, conditions, instructions to bidders, and general conditions before submitting their bids. Only electronic bids submitted via iSupplier will be accepted; paper bids will not be considered. Vendors are responsible for keeping informed of any updates to the applicable Prevailing Wage Schedule. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be hosted remotely.
