The Project consists of a base bid and two alternate bids. The base bid generally includes the Cured-In-Place (CIP) lining of approximately 8,600 linear feet of 18-to-24-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, the testing and sealing of approximately 70 sewer laterals, and refurbishing of approximately 370 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes, along with all other ancillary work required along Lakehurst Road in Pemberton Township. The first alternate bid includes the Cured-In-Place (CIP) lining of approximately 750 linear feet of 12-to-18-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, the testing and sealing of approximately 1 sewer lateral, and refurbishing of approximately 25 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes, plus all other ancillary work required along North and South Lakeshore Drive in Pemberton Township. The second alternate bid includes the Cured-In-Place (CIP) lining of approximately 700 linear feet of 14-to-20-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, the testing and sealing of approximately 6 sewer laterals, and refurbishing of approximately 20 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes and all other ancillary work required along Lakehurst Road in Pemberton Township. Bids must be made on the standard Bid form provided, in the designated manner, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and address and the Project title. Each bid must be accompanied by all required documents and a bid guarantee in the amount of at least ten percent of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to Pemberton Township. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws referenced within the documents. Pemberton Township reserves the right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities. The Project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder if bids are not rejected. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
