The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (OSA) Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Department of Health Facilities (DHF), William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital for a shower remodel to a seamless wall system for 80 shower units at the facility Q/A:- For Information Contact The Buyer Roberta A Wagner (304) 558-0437 Roberta.a.wagner@wv.gov Question Deadline 07/16/2026 at 10:30 AM ET Quantity 80, Wall Shower Units. Must be one-piece seamless extruded acrylic wall surrounds. Surround must be seamless and cover the entire existing wall. No caulking will be used on the wall seams as the design must be seamless. 'Existing walls where the new wall units will be installed must be cleaned prior to the installation using ADH-049 cleaner. Surround must be adhered to the existing wall using T1085BL Butyl High Tack Construction Tape and MasterSeal NP-1 white adhesive. Liner must be sealed using AHD-140 sealant Installation of the shower units on 3.1.1. Install must include wraps around all existing fixtures plates. Install must include any necessary pop rivets needed for additional security Remove the security bars in 13 handicap shower units, and reinstall after wall unit installation. All labor and materials must include a minimum 5 years warranty.
