the City of DeQuincy is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms interested in providing engineering, planning, design, construction management, grant administration, and related professional services for projects included in the Capital Improvement Program for the DeQuincy Industrial Airpark. All work shall be performed in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Louisiana DOTD Aviation requirements, procedures, and policies. The consultant selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100- 14E. Interested firms shall submit qualifications using Standard Form SF-330.
