Repair of a damaged OTIS elevator (Model H25701) serving the two-story Fisher House (Building 425), including confirmation of reported discrepancies and troubleshooting as needed to restore operation. Work requires repairing an obsolete I/O board through packaging and shipment to an authorized repair facility, as replacement is not available, and furnishing and installing one new CPU board. Upon reinstallation, the system must be adjusted to restore proper functionality, followed by a full fire recall test to verify performance and compliance. All labor, materials, and services must comply with the ASME A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, and all work must be performed by technicians certified to service OTIS elevators.
