Sealed bids are requested for a double chip seal project on Woodside Ln, with two options: one bid including all prep work (placing and compacting 3 inches of new gravel, wetting, rolling, and shaping prior to applying double seal over 3/8 inch black granite chips with PG 58-28 5% cutback hot oil), and one bid for work without adding new gravel but including wetting, rolling, and shaping the existing gravel before applying the double seal. The road width varies from 14 feet to 12 feet for a distance of 1214 feet. Bidders must direct bids to the town clerk in a securely sealed envelope clearly marked "BID FOR WOODSIDE LANE PROJECT." The Town of Emmet reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the town.
