The City will not be accepting paper bids or opening bids. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 The work consists of the furnishing and installing of epoxy pavement markings including, but not limited to, centerline, lane line, word, arrow, crosswalk, stop line, diagonal line, and parking stall line throughout the City of Watertown. Work shall also consist of the removal of existing pavement markings prior to the seal coating of streets (by others). All Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total Bid, made payable to the City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful Bidder fail to enter into the contract. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using contract #9963232. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 02/02/2026
