The work consists of cleaning and televising storm sewer mains and inlet leads, manholes, inlets, and catch basins, and providing detailed inspection reports on approved digital media. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty days after the time set for opening bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check, or a bid bond equal to at least five percent of the total bid, made payable to the City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into the contract. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five days before the opening of bids.
