Operation, maintenance, and technical support of facilities, systems, equipment, and utilities (FSEU), along with logistics and related support services across a large spaceport infrastructure. Work includes preventive maintenance and predictive testing and inspection on approximately 900 facilities and a wide range of systems such as power distribution, fire protection, HVAC, water and wastewater systems, transportation infrastructure, and control/monitoring systems. Reactive maintenance involves troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency response actions to restore functionality and address hazards, as well as service requests for new or non-essential facilities-related work such as minor renovations, equipment installation, signage fabrication, and event setup. Operations support covers continuous activities required to ensure facilities function reliably, including equipment monitoring, adjustments, system resets, generator oversight, fuel management, and hurricane preparation, as well as centralized control through systems like SCADA and building automation systems. Logistics services include supply, materials, equipment, disposal, and transportation management. Technical support services encompass work control and scheduling, environmental compliance, configuration management, and excavation support such as utility locating and surveying. The effort is structured to support a high volume of work orders using a fixed-price, task-based approach categorized by estimated labor hours, with additional firm-fixed-price support for continuous operations.
