Site work for a water / sewer project in Wadsworth, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work covered by the plans and specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for summary of work. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit shall equal 10% of the full amount of the bid and the Successful Bidder will be required to submit a bond in the form provided in section 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in conjunction with the execution of the contract. Said bond shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The City of Wadsworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities therein. Question Deadline 07/10/2026 If a Bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, the Bidder may submit to the City Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery which must be at least 96 hours before the scheduled bid opening excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. Award is subject to final approval.
