A certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. The amount of the certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit shall equal 10% of the full amount of the bid and the Successful Bidder. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided in section 9.31 of the Ohio Revised Code. The City of Wadsworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities therein.
