Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wadsworth, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform and complete the 2026 Sidewalk Repair Program, Contract 2026-250. The work includes the removal and reconstruction of 4-inch and 6-inch sidewalk at various locations within the city's project limits, as well as the removal and replacement of trees within the tree lawns. Bidders must be qualified by experience and properly equipped to complete the work by the specified milestones: sidewalk installation by October 23, 2026, and tree planting by November 13, 2026. The engineer's estimate for the project is $250,000. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the full, completed bid book and all addenda, along with a bid guarantee, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Statement of Bidder Resources and Experience. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates. Additional requirements and conditions are described in the bid book. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
