Perform all on-site labor and services to upgrade and renew the fire alarm system, including upgrading the existing obsolete Notifier AFP 200 system to a Notifier AFP 320 system and renewing or replacing all designated system components, in support of the USCGC WYACONDA (WLR 75403) at 60 East 1st Street, Dubuque, IA 52001. Offerors must conform strictly to all requirements and specifications, demonstrate technical capability and relevant past performance, and identify any subcontractors and their responsibilities. Submit firm-fixed-price offers that are all-inclusive of all costs associated with providing the services. Offers must be complete, clear, and presented in a format that allows effective evaluation.
